I've still got to test this out fully. I tried it on myself when I bought it, the gag end went straight into my mouth and felt so firm around my mouth when I did up the strap. The gag end is a decent size and will fill your mouth for sure but without being too uncomfortable and no one will hear a peep out of you. I just want to try this out fully and wear it whilst the large business end is being put to good hard use.

This is a double whammy and like others this article has been well designed and lovingly made for the recipient to be able to enjoy, but also for my Mistress to be fully in control at all times. As stated by another reviewer, using this item the other way does take a little patience, but practice makes perfect.
