Become helpless with this Heavy Duty Neck to Wrist Restraint. There really will be no escape once this item is put on, you must surrender all your ability to move. The solid metal restraint is locked via an enclosed padlock, meaning you will have to do as your told to get the key to freedom. The restraint wraps around the neck and then down to the wrists in a thick structure, the distance from the neck and ankle restraints mean that you will have your hands up in front of your chest and not be able to move.

I've been after one of these for ages - so imagine my surprise when I found this one at Honour at a cheaper price than I could find anywhere else on the Internet (including importing direct from China).
The restraint is well made, heavy weight, nicely finished and would be thoroughly inescapable if done up correctly (with the padlock on the underside). However, one really nice feature is that you can use it for self-bondage too - because even without the locking pin in place, once it is closed it doesn't open unless you can relax it. I've found that for a bit more security you can turn it upside down (so the pin doesn't fall in flush) and then you can put the pin in and safely remove it (with a bit of effort or some pressure from underneath) - be warned that your mileage may vary!
So to conclude - excellent product (even at full price) but even better when on sale/reduced with VHP points. Looks great, works great. One of my best purchases ever.

This item is simply amazing.My master locked me in it before attaching a ball gag and hood. When you hear the padlock clicking, you know you're in for a long one. Even with the keys, it is impossible to reach the padlock which is just an excellent feeling of helplessness where your dominant can simply do anything they wish to you.I consider myself a small female and as such I was worried about the weight of it around my neck/shoulders, but it is not too heavy even for extended sessions, whilst still being constructed in high quality.Only downside is that it results in me blocking my breasts with my arms - but that can be used also to the dominants advantage as my arms rubbing against nipple clamps would be pretty painful.Highly recommend.
