Although the product description says the studs on this strap are purely aesthetic, when we visited the Waterloo store yesterday it was on display with the studs on the inside, and that's how I wore it - and loved it - today. The raised studs act as stimulators, not at all painful, just nicely pressing into the underside of my testicles. Mrs Playful loved how it looks and had many questions about how it felt, and when she played with me the sensations from the studs were extremely pleasant to say the least. So in short, a great piece of kit whether worn as shown, or reversed. This was our first leather cock strap but we'll be getting others from Honour's range.
