In the event your return has a fault, we may request additional information and photos at this point.

After we receive your returned item, we will issue you a refund or complete your exchange if requested.
If you would like to exchange item(s) on your order you can do so by writing the size on the original paperwork and placing inside the return.
Please note; exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item, we cannot offer exchanges for colour variations or different items.
SkinTwo will not be liable for any loss or damage during transit, so we recommend sending your item(s) back via a tracked courier.
At SkinTwo , we work hard to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase as soon as it arrives. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you may do so under our 30-day money-back guarantee.
For health and hygiene concerns, the following exceptions apply to our 30-day money back guarantee:
• Hosiery that has been removed from its original, sealed package
• Briefs, boxers, g-strings, thongs, and other men's or women's "bottom half" underwear that have been tried on without existing underwear below. (Under our Guarantee, bras can be returned.)
• Sex Toys
• Bondage Furniture
• Wigs
• Items made of latex that have been polished with a latex shine serum or tested on with a dressing aid cannot be returned. Please use talcum powder until you are sure you will not be returning the item.
All items returned must be in a resellable condition.
Please be aware policies for instore purchases are a little different, and have a time limit of 14 days to return, following the same protocols as above, for store credit.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, please make a return request with as much information as possible about the problem you've discovered so that we can thoroughly investigate the issue. We may ask for a photograph of the fault so that we can establish the best course of action.
Your damaged item(s) may be repaired or exchanged; we reserve the right to provide refunds for faulty items at our own discretion.
